The Challenges

Creating brand visibility and brand awareness for the salons as they are in the niche uber luxury segment was the initial challenge. As the brand projects itself as ultra luxurious, it was important to break the myth of luxury = unaffordability and encourage the target audience to engage with the brand. A diverse and comprehensive range of services are offered and this information to reach the clientele in a clear and comprehensive manner. Target clientele to be familiarized with salon locations. How we took it forward

Meeting challenges the BOLD way, the Hubra Digital team used a design thinking approach and changed the perspective on how to engage with the target clientele. Our comprehensive digital solutions included creating a prominent and attractive web presence to promote brand visibility and brand awareness, backed by SEO and aggressive social media campaigns. Information regarding the brand and the brand USP is seamlessly diseminated through our regular social media engagement and the site includes a salon locater feature to enhance customer experience. We leveraged digital technology to highlight the people and the passion behind the brand and ensure it is prominently positioned online and visible to clients at all times, thus increasing customer engagement.
