Naturals is India’s leading group of hair and beauty salons which began as 1 salon nearly 18 years and has now grown to over 600 salons across India. The salons follow a unique model of offering high quality and standardized hair and beauty services to everyone at affordable prices. Uncompromising quality and service is their motto.

The people

Naturals began as one woman’s passion and vision for providing entrepreneurship opportunities for women. Backed by over two decades of exposure in pioneering the manufacture and distribution of beauty products and hair care products, the idea of a chain of accessible and affordable hair and beauty salons, which offered standard quality services, was born. The tenets of encouraging entrepreneurship among women and providing uncompromising quality services lead to the formation of a Franchisee model for these salons and they are now India’s leading brand of beauty salons with over 600 branches across India.

The Challenges

Naturals is not only about hair and beauty salons but also about encouraging entrepreneurship among women and the chain requires a two pronged promotional approach. Brand awareness needs to be constantly highlighted to keep the target clientele interested and engaged and franchisee opportunities also need to be highlighted to keep the business model growing. Customer experience guarantee needs to be clear in all promotional activities. Knowledge about the growing list of products available to be seamlessly communicated. Safety standards and protocol followed during the pandemic crises to be highlighted to make existing and prospective clientele aware of safety standards upheld.
