The Challenges

  • Inconsistent content postings
  • Low social content supply from field
  • Website reliability, loading issues and SEO friendliness
  • Gaps in visuals and stories from on-ground conservation efforts

How we took it forward

Current activity was limited to updates from customers about their visit and posting their experience and photos, with low follower growth and minimal interaction. Moving forward the Hubra Digital team worked on a content strategy that blends education, conservation storytelling, and visitor experiences. A mix of short-form videos (animal feeding, behind-the-scenes care), interactive posts and visitor-generated content to drive relevance. Consistent posting and measurable KPIs (reach & engagement) to ensure long-term growth. This positions the park as both a recreational and conservation-focused destination.
